DIY Plaid Blazer Outfit Ep01 | FREE Sewing Patterns | Zoe DIY
Fabric: Gingham fabric......  about 70-85cm
Coordinating thread
Universal ball point sewing needle
Sewing machine

Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out. Re-measure the neck, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern before cutting on your fabric.
Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.

Prewash and dry your fabric

Step1: With right side the right and the left side of front the skirt. Pin and sew from top skirt go down about 40cm and Press
Step2: Sew using a stretch stitch 1/4" around split
Step3:  With right sides together front and back of skirt. Pin and sew seam side. Repeat for other side
Step4: Fold the top of skirt 8.5cm - 10cm  towards the wrong side. Butt the ends of the elastic together and use your sewing machine's stitch to sew them together.

Mark the elastic and skirt in quarters. Pin the elastic to the top inside edge of the skirt, matching the quarter marks. then sew
Step5: Fold skirt hem 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. pin and sew a long straight stitch. 
We are done!

Choosing your size: measure your bust, waist and hip and choose the corresponding size from the box size (XXS-XXL)
