Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out( go down and watch videos to know exactly). Re-measure the neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern to match your body, making sure you have finished before cutting on the fabric.

Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.
Prewash and dry your fabric

Step1: With right sides together the facing and lining. Pin and sew
Topstitch or sew1/4" the seam allowance to the facing
Step2: With right sides together the front and facing. Pin and sew. Repeat other side
Step3: Topstitch the seam allowance to the facing
Step4: Fold and press a 3cm the front then cut lining. Back: cut one pair each in fabric and lining

Step5: Lay the skirt front and back right sides together, then sew both side seams and press open. Sew together the lining fabric pieces

Step6: Fold and press the seam allowance at the openings for the zip and back slit. Open it out again at the zip opening, then lay the open zip, matching the teeth with the seam allowance crease. Pin in place.

Change to a zipper foot on your machine and secure in place, stitching as close to the teeth as possible. Reinforce with a few extra stitches, then repeat with the other side of the zip. Carefully thread the zip pull through to the right side and pull up to close.
Step7: Place the lining, right sides facing inwards, inside the right side- out bouclé, matching the side seams and raw waist edges. Stitch around the waist edge to secure the lining and skirt together.
Fold and press a 1.5cm seam allowance at the top of the waistband. Fold the end of your Petersham over the top edge of the zip and back on itself, then pin it along the top edge of the skirt, matching the lower edge to the crease of the seam allowance. Stitch in place, then fold and press inside the skirt.
Step8: Fold skirt hem 1/2" towards the wrong side two time and press. pin and sew a long straight stitch.
Step9: Mark each button 5cm apart and 10cm to the left. Then make each one
