Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out. Re-measure the neck, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern before cutting on your fabric.
Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.
Prewash and dry your fabric
To help ensure the facing stays securely on the inside of the dress, you may want to understitch the neckline facing. To do this, press the facing and the seam up and away from the neckline. Carefully sew along the seam, 1/8 inch away from the neckline stitches, securing the facing and the seam together. Once finished, turn the facing inside the dress and press..
Step3: With right sides together the front and back of top the dress. Pin and sew shoulder seam from edge main fabric to edge of the lining. Repeat for other shoulder
Step4: with a strap to make pleat, divide them into paragraphs 3cm. Then make your pleats.
Step5: Pin pleats on the right side of dress. Fold top of dress 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. Then pin and sew them together
Step6: Match the center curve of the sleeve with the shoulder seam and pin right sides together. Continue pinning the sleeve curve to the armscye on both sides. Sew and clip seams. Repeat for other sleeve.
Step7: Add ealstic at the bottom of sleeves...
Step8: With RST sew up the sleeve inseam and dress side seam.
*Tip: Now is a great time to try the dress on and adjust if you prefer a slimmer fit. It's also a good time to check the length.
Step9: Fold dress hem 1/2″ towards the wrong side and press. Pin and sew around using a long straight stitch.
Step10: Hand-stitch the button at the back side. Then we are done!
