Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out. Re-measure the neck, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern before cutting on your fabric.
Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.
Prewash and dry your fabric
Step1: With right sides together (RST) align the dart leg markings and sew together. Start at the base of the dart and sew to the tip. Your last stitch should go right off the edge of the fabric. Instead of backstitching tie your thread tails in a double knot. Press the darts downward.
Step2: Join the side front pieces together to create princess seams. Pin and Sew. Repeat for other side and lining
Step3: With right sides together front and back. Pin and sew seam sides. Repeat for lining
Step4: Fold sleeve wrong side out. Pin and sew. Repeat for other sleeve
Step5: Fold the cuff pieces in half lengthways wrong side out, aligning the long raw edges, right sides together, pin and sew
Sew a line of gathering stitches along the lower edge of the sleeve band. Gently pull the upper edge bobbin thread until it is the same width as the sleeve cuff. Pin sleeve band and cuff together then sew
Step6: Place the sleeve curve between the right sides armhole of the main plate and the lining. Pin and sew. Repeat for other sleeve
Step7: Arrangement sleeves fits inside. pin and sew all rough edges of the blouse. Don't forget except for about 5 cm to flip blouse to the right
Step8: Mark each buttonhole 4cm apart, then make each one.
