Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out. Re-measure the neck, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern before cutting on your fabric.
Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.
Prewash and dry your fabric
Step1: With right sides together (RST) align the dart leg markings and sew together. Start at the base of the dart and sew to the tip. Instead of backstitching tie your thread tails in a double knot and Press. Repeat other darts
Step2: Place right sides together the front and back of dress. Pin and sew. Repeat with other side.
Fold center front 2cm towards the wrong side and press
Step3: Now we're going to do the pleated dress part. To determine how wide you need to cut the part for the skirt, I have provided it to you in the pattern section, but you may not like, so be careful you need to decide how big your pleats first. First you need the measurements of your top thighs + pleat size (mine were 3cm) and distance of 2 pleats 3cm (I think it is quite suitable and if you think it's too small, you can increase the size, but be aware that the distance between the two pleats and pleat sizes should be equal, this will make it easy to calculate and perform). Now do this equation:
Step5: Fold the strap pieces in half lengthways, aligning the long raw edges, right sides together, and pin. Sew the long edges together using a 6mm seam allowance, then turn out through one of the open ends and press.
Place the straps to the front bodice, 1.2cm from the edge, then align the opposite strap end along the top edge of the back bodice and repeat for the other side. and check that the strap length is correct, making adjustments if necessary. Pin and sew
Step6: Fold dress hem 1/4" towards the wrong side two time and press. pin and sew a long straight stitch.
Step7: Mark each buttonhole 4cm apart, then make each one.
We are done!
Choosing your size: measure your bust, waist and hip and choose the corresponding size from the box size (XS-XL)

Now do this equation:
85cm (top thighs measurement) x 2 or (2.5) + 3cm(seam allowance) +7cm = 180cm (I added on two to the final width). Determine the length of the dress and then cut your rectangle out. Then make your pleats.
Step4: Pin the upper pleats seam to the bottom bodice and sew using a stretch stitch, zigzag stitch or serger. Press seam upStep5: Fold the strap pieces in half lengthways, aligning the long raw edges, right sides together, and pin.
