DIY women winter suit two pieces

Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out. Re-measure the neck, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern before cutting on your fabric.

Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.

Prewash and dry your fabric

Step1: Fold pocket  1/2" towards the wrong side. Pin and sew

Step2: Place the pocket on the right side of front. Pin and sew. Repeat other side

Step3: Place front and back right sides together. Pin and sew side seams. Pin and sew the inner leg seam, finish all seams and press.

Step4: Slip leg cuff around the hem of your pants, right sides together. Sew around and press seam down.
 Step5:  Fold waistband in half, wrong sides together, matching up the outer edges. Butt the ends of the elastic together and use your sewing machine's stitch to sew them together.

Mark the elastic and the top of the pants in quarters. Pin the elastic to the top inside edge of the pants, matching the quarter marks. then sew with the top of pants. Place the waistband and top of the pants. Pin and sew
       Lastly  Fold trouser hem 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. pin and sew around a long straight stitch. Repeat for other leg

Step6: Place front and back bodice right sides together, pin and sew shoulder seams. Press seam open. Repaet for front and back neckline facing. Press seams open

Step7: Line up the facing, matching up the shoulder seams with the top neckline, right sides together. Pin around. Sew using a serger, small zigzag stitch, or stretch stitch. 
Step8: Using a pair of sharp fabric scissors, clip notches into the seam allowance around the neckline. Make sure not to accidentally clip your sewn line when you are cutting, but get as close to the stitches as possible. This will ensure that your neckline lays nice and flat when wearing.
To help ensure the facing stays securely on the inside of the top, you may want to understitch the neckline facing. To do this, press the facing and the seam up and away from the neckline. Carefully sew along the seam, 1/8 inch away from the neckline stitches, securing the facing and the seam together. Once finished, turn the facing inside the top and press. 

Step 9:With RST sew the sleeves into the arm openings. Sew and clip seams. Repeat for other sleeve 
Step10: With RST sew up the sleeve inseam and shirt side seam. Repeat other side 
 Step11: fold the edges pocket 1/2" towards the wrong side and press of pocket, Pin and sew
Step12: Place the pocket on the right side of front. Pin and sew.
 Step13: All step to make the  bottom of top same thing waistband of pants. Then place the bottom with the top. Pin and sew (Step5)
Step14: Fold sleeve hem 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. pin and sew around a long straight stitch. Repeat for other sleeve
