All step to sew
Step 1: Place front and back bodice right side together, pin and sew shoulder seams. Press seam open
Step 2: With right sides together 2 pieces collar. Pin and sew . Turn right side out and press
Step 3: Place right side the collar with wrong side the top, Pin and sew
Using a pair of sharp fabric scissors, clip notches into the seam allowance around the neckline. Make sure not to accidentally clip your sewn line when you are cutting, but get as close to the stitches as possible. This will ensure that your neckline lays nice and flat when wearing.
To help ensure the facing stays securely on the inside of the dress, you may want to understitch the neckline facing. To do this, press the facing and the seam up and away from the neckline. Carefully sew along the seam, 1/8 inch away from the neckline stitches, securing the facing and the seam together. Once finished, turn the facing inside the dress and press.
Step 4:Pin right side the sleeve curve to the armsyce on the both sides. Sew and clip seams. Repeat for other sleeve
Step 5: Fold the top right sides together matching up all side seams. Pin and sew
Step 6: Sew a line of gathering stitches along the lower edge of the sleeve band. Gently pull the upper edge bobbin thread until it is the same width as the sleeve cuff.
Step 7: With right sides together 2 piece, pin and sew, press seam open. Turn right side and a nice stretch stitch such as a zigzag stitch
Step 8: With right sides together the sleeve and the cuff. Press and sew
Step 9: Fold top hem 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. Pin and sew around using a long straight stitch.
