Download and print the pattern, piece together then trace the pattern pieces and cut out( go down and watch videos to know exactly). Re-measure the neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips and the length of the sewing pattern to match your body, making sure you have finished before cutting on the fabric.

Sewing guidelines: use 1.2cm seam allowance. seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces
Press all seams. Finish all exposed seams by serging, sewing with a zig zag stitch or trimming with pinking shears to prevent fraying.

Prewash and dry your fabric
How to sew

Step1: With right sides together (RST) align the dart leg markings and sew together. Start at the base of the dart and sew to the tip. Your last stitch should go right off the edge of the fabric. Instead of backstitching tie your thread tails in a double knot. Press the darts downward.
Step2: With right sides together the top and facing. Pin and sew neckline. Repeat for the back

Step3: Place the front and back jumsuit pattern pieces right sides together. Pin and sew shoulder seams, using a 1/2-inch seam allowance. Repeat for front and back neckline facing. Press seams open.
Step4: Fold the jumpsuit front and back right sides together, matching up the side seams. Pin and sew using a serger, straight stitch or stretch stitch. Repeat for both sides and press.
Step 5: Measure 3cm down from the top of the pants pattern along the side seam, and sew pocket pattern to pants along the straight pocket edge, right sides together. Repeat for all pants patterns and pockets, making sure to sew them in the exact same spot on all pattern pieces.
Step 6: Topstitch the seam allowance to the pocket
Step 7: Place front and back right sides together, with the pockets sticking out at the sides. Pin and sew side seams, around the pockets.
Step8 : Fold short hem 1/2" towards the wrong side and press. pin and sew a long straight stitch. Repeat for other leg
Step 9: Pin and sew the inner leg seam, finish all seams and press.
Step 10: Turn one leg piece right side out and place it inside the other so they are right sides together. Pin and stitch the crotch seam, matching up the leg inseams. Again, the aqua short were sewn with my sewing machine

Step11: Pin the upper short seam to the bottom bodice and sew using a stretch stitch, zigzag stitch or serger. Press seam up
Step 12: Sew a line of gathering stitches along the curve of the sleeve. Gently pull the upper edge bobbin thread until it is the same width as the armhole. Repeat for the lower edge of the sleeve band
Step13: With right side sleeve and bottom. Pin and sew
Step14: Fold sleeve right sides together matching up seam side. Pin and sew
Step15: Slip curve  of sleeve over armhole, right sides together, matching up all raw edges. Sew around, using a stretch friendly stitch.
Step16: Lastly, add zipper at center the back. We are done!
